Startup Junkie and its Science Venture Studio are accepting applications for EMPOWERa 16-week accelerator for Arkansas women in STEM who want to commercialize their innovation with non-dilutive federal research funding.
During the program, participants will participate in weekly webinars that will focus on the impact of their innovation, go-to-market strategies, and the technical milestones that must be achieved in order to bring their innovation to market. They will also be matched with an industry mentor and a technology mentor to help them apply their learnings.
Applications close November 14. Applicants are encouraged to send a video of themselves answering the questions on their phone.
Applicants can schedule a 30 minute meeting with Katie Thompson, Executive Director of Science Venture Studio, so she can meet one-on-one and answer questions about the accelerator.
