Nevers Season 1 Part 1 DVD Review: What to Expect

Nevers Season 1, Part 1 arrives on DVD and Blu-ray on Tuesday, October 5. Take a look at this review to see what to expect.

Why would you want a DVD box set for a show broadcast on a streaming platform? Well, do you want to keep paying a subscription every month just to watch a show? Or maybe two or three shows? It all adds up.

And then there are problems with the internet connections or the streaming platforms having a nervous breakdown for a while. You want to be able to watch your shows, and that includes Nevers Season 1, Part 1. The series will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on Tuesday October 5th.

Set in August 1986, the series follows a group of mostly women who were touched after a supernatural event. They all form a special skill due to the event, whether it’s electricity, the ability to sing a special song, or time travel.

Amalia True and Penance Adair work together to protect these special women (and some men) with help from Lavinia Bidlow. However, something sinister is happening and Bidlow has something to do with it.

What to expect on The Nevers Season 1, Part 1 DVD and Blu-ray

We have received a review copy of Nevers Season 1, Part 1 DVD to offer our honest review. The copy includes all six episodes aired on HBO. We’re still waiting for Part 2, and it looks like we’ll be waiting until 2022 for that. We know it’s worth the wait.
