Motos America’s selection for this open-point dealership was confirmed following a meeting last week in BMW’s German home market between Motos America CEO Vance Harrison and President Kris Odwarka with key executives. from BMW.
The new dealership will be located in a prime location in Roswell, Georgia. Motos America’s BWM dealership in Roswell will offer a full line of new and used BMW motorcycles, parts, accessories, apparel and service capabilities in a new, fully dedicated facility.

An open point dealership refers to a new dealership that has been or will be opened when those rights for the specific location have been granted to a dealership by a motorcycle manufacturer. A lounge equipped with TV, WiFi, comfortable seats and reading material will offer customers and motorcyclists a place to share their enthusiasm for the road.
The financial obligations of the award to the Company will be defined in the coming months; however, the Company will not pay blue skies or other fees to BMW or anyone else for this dealership price, but will be obligated to make certain purchases of new motorcycles and parts before the dealership opens. The Company plans to lease a building to house the new dealership. Leasehold improvements and fittings will be negotiated with the new owner.
